Are our treats safe your my dog?

Absolutely! Every single ingredient that goes into our treats has been researched and verified as safe for your dog. We only use human grade ingredients that are not only safe but provide benefits of essential vitamins, fibre and minerals, healthy fats and protein for your pup! Some dogs might be allergic to certain types of food, (e.g. oats or wheat) please check the ingredients before purchasing the right flavours for your pet!
Do I need to keep the treats refrigerated?

No, there is no need to refrigerate the treats. You can keep them dry in an airtight container or a cookie jar. But you may refrigerate them if you would like to keep it fresh for longer as our treats are freshly made with no preservatives so we would recommend finishing the treats within
Are your treats soft?

Most of our treats have a crunchy-like texture. But our pineapple and coconut treats are soft and chewy, suitable for pets with sensitive teeth, or little to no teeth. Greats for the dogs that love softer textures!

It seems as though there is never ending options for dog treats in Singapore. At Hendelicious, our main focus is on the quality of making our treats. Every single treat is handmade with love. Our treats are 100% additives, preservatives and colouring free. This translates to a much higher quality product that costs a little bit more to make. How does Hendelicious treats deliver the treats?

We are using local non-registered postage service to send our lovely treats to your pups! Treats are sealed in a pouch and placed in a 100% compostable box which is better for the environment too. It takes around 2-4 working days for the treats to get to you!
How is your brand eco-friendly?

We source for ingredients with minimal packaging or bulk purchases to reduce our waste. We use 100% compostable delivery box to package the treats. We are still finding solutions to minimize plastic usage for our treat pouches and will make changes in the future. We aim to be a 100% plastic free brand that is environmentally conscious.
Will my dog like the treats?

Each dog has a different taste palette. Some might like certain foods and some might not. If you are afraid your dog might not like the treats, we recommend buying our trial packs to see what flavors your dog would like. Then you can repurchase those flavours in bigger packs.
Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we are an online shop in Singapore. Hopefully we will get to open our own store in the future!
Do you make cat treats?

We are only selling dog treats at the moment! But we would love to make yummy treats for all the kitties in the future too!
Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, we don’t ship our treats outside of Singapore. But we would love to have dogs from other countries enjoy our treats too! Drop us a message if you would like our treats and we can make arrangements to send it over to you!
Do you do customisation of treats or cakes?

Drop us a message on our contact page, and we will follow up with your special request! Minimum order of twenty five (25) pieces is required for any special order treats request! We need an advanced notice of a week to make your requested treats. If we are not able to fulfil your request, we will let you know right away!
When will Hendelicious treats release new flavors?

We are currently exploring new recipes and will definitely release new flavours in the future! Follow our instagram @hendelicioustreats to be notified! You can tag us at #hendelicioustreats and we might feature you in our posts or stories!

What are your payment methods?

Currently, we are only accepting online payments via bank transfer, paylah!, paynow and google pay. Please sent us an receipt through via chat, and email,for us to process your orders.
