SHIPPING POLICY
We are using local the postage service to send our lovely treats to your pups! Treats are sealed in a pouch and placed in a 100% compostable box which is better for the environment too. It takes around 2-4 working days for the treats to get to you!
RETURN POLICY
All treats are not returnable after purchase. If you are unsatisfied with our product, drop us an email hendelicioustreats@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are very sorry to hear if you have an unpleasant experience with us.
PAYMENT METHOD
We are currently accepting offline payments via paynow, Paylah!, google pay and bank transfers.
